    You can choose individual sessions in Holistic Coaching, Nutritional Guidance, Cacao Ceremonies, Functional Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, or Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. Each offering can stand alone or become part of a broader wellness journey.

Cacao Ceremony Facilitation

If you are seeking stillness, emotional connection, or a deeper relationship with yourself, cacao ceremonies offer a gentle space for reflection, presence, and self-exploration.

Ceremonial cacao is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and mood-enhancing compounds, supporting heart health, mental clarity and stress relief.

Nutritional Guidance

If food feels confusing, overwhelming, or disconnected from how you want to feel, nutrition guidance can help you build a more balanced and sustainable relationship with eating and wellbeing.

Yoga Sessions

Yoga offers an opportunity to reconnect with your body, slow down, and create space for both physical and emotional wellbeing.

I offer Functional Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga sessions that support strength, mobility, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.

Trauma is not only what happened to us, it’s what happens inside of us as a result of what happened. It lives in the body, in sensations, emotions and patterns of response that shape how we move through life.

Trauma can arise from overwhelming experiences, chronic stress, neglect, loss, or situations that left us feeling unsafe, powerless, or disconnected. Trauma is deeply personal, and only we can define what has felt overwhelming in our own lives.
